Questions owners ask
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your business number for everything. BackIn60 gives you a separate text number, and you turn on “forward when unanswered” on your line so missed calls go to it. Callers get the text from your BackIn60 number, and their replies come straight to your inbox.
What does the text say?
Whatever you want it to. You edit the message in the app with a live preview. It always includes your business name and “Reply STOP to opt out,” and it can include your booking link.
Who answers when they text back?
You or your team, from the BackIn60 inbox. You get a notification the moment someone replies, and you can tap to call them back. Automatic answers to common questions are coming soon.
Will someone get texted over and over?
No. Each caller gets at most one automatic text every 24 hours, and you can set quiet hours. Anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
Does it work with my booking system?
If your scheduler has an online booking link, BackIn60 can put it in the text. Most do. Callers who'd rather talk can just reply, and you take it from there.
Is it OK for medical and dental offices?
Yes, for scheduling. BackIn60 is for appointment messages only, and the medical template asks patients not to text health details. It isn't built to store medical records or health information.
