What this program is
BackIn60 is a service that local businesses use to text back people whose calls they missed. Each business using BackIn60 has its own BackIn60 phone number, and the texts you get are from that business, about your call to it. Messages are conversational and customer-care in nature: a reply to your call, scheduling and answers to your questions. They are not marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
You start the conversation. When you call a business that uses BackIn60 and the call isn't answered, the business sends you one text from its BackIn60 number about your call, for example to ask how it can help or to share its booking link. If you reply, the business may text you back to continue the conversation you started. By calling the business and by replying, you agree to receive these texts. You can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
BackIn60 customers (business owners) who give us their mobile number may also get texts about their own account, such as setup and service notices. The same STOP and HELP terms apply.
Sample messages
Automatic text after a missed callHi, it's Maple Street Dental. Sorry we missed your call! Reply here or book online: [booking link]. Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply to HELPMaple Street Dental via BackIn60: reply here to reach the office, or call the number you called. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply to STOPYou're unsubscribed from Maple Street Dental texts and won't get more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Maple Street Dental is a fictional example. Each business writes its own wording.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You'll get at most one automatic text from a business per 24 hours, no matter how many times you call. Any other messages are replies in a conversation you started. Businesses may set quiet hours so automatic texts don't go out late at night.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. BackIn60 and the business don't charge you for texts.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT and STOPALL, and other clear requests to stop. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and then no more texts from that business's BackIn60 number unless you text it again or reply START.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email christeven@mail.tab.bot.
Carriers
Texts work with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information, and our Terms of Service.
